Enjoy a unique and memorable experience at Cento’s Kitchen Table, located in the heart of the action. Up to 6 guests may watch the chefs in action while dining on 5-courses, each specially paired with wine by our sommelier, for $100/person. For an additional $25 per person, our sommelier will select and pair ultra-premium wines (requires a one week notice). Prices do not include 19% gratuity service charge or tax.   • First Course Caprese with house made mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, basil and extra virgin olive oil
  • Second Course Beef carpaccio with gorgonzola dolce mousse, red orange, baby arugula and rosemary infused extra virgin olive oil
