Spumante Wine Dinner

Tuesday, April 14th at 6:00pm

Cheers to the first wine dinner of 2026! Join Madison wine professional Christopher Jeske, Cento's Executive Chef Edwin Ramirez, and Wine Steward Sophia Georges for an unforgettable evening celebrating the versatility and richness of four different sparkling wines from around the world. Sparkling wine is known by many different names (Champagne and Prosecco among them) and enjoys a reputation as a multifaceted option for wine and food pairings, singing with bright acidity and fine perlage. Enjoy a series of adventurous pairings that welcome the range of both sparkling wines and their pairability, each hand-selected to bring out the best in both the cuisine and the vino.

Additional information will also be provided regarding methods of production for sparkling wine and a small world tour of where it is made (including Italy, Argentina, France, and the U.S.), so if you've ever had questions about the difference between Prosecco and Champagne or where to find the best spumante, join us and find out!

Please note any dietary restrictions for yourself or your guests when making your reservation.

$125 per person includes four courses and 3 oz. wine pairings with each course. Price does not include other beverages, tax, or 20% gratuity.
